Services Description

24x7 Home Appliance Repair provides professional repair and maintenance services for home appliances including but not limited to:

• Microwave ovens (solo, grill, and convection)
• Washing machines (top load, front load, semi-automatic)
• Refrigerators (single door, double door, side-by-side)
• Air conditioners (split, window, cassette)
• Water purifiers (RO, UV, UF)
• Dishwashers
• Geysers and water heaters
• Kitchen chimneys
• Other home appliances

Service Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

You can book our services through:

• Our website booking form
• Phone call to our customer service
• WhatsApp or other messaging platforms

Scheduling

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and your preferred time slot
• Same-day service is available for bookings made before 2 PM (subject to availability)
• Emergency services are available 24/7 at additional charges
• We will confirm your appointment via phone call or SMS

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior notice may result in a service charge

Service Charges and Payment

Pricing

• Service charges are based on the type of appliance and nature of repair
• An inspection/diagnosis fee applies to all service visits
• Spare parts are charged separately at market rates
• Final pricing is provided after diagnosis and before repair begins
• You have the right to decline the repair after receiving the quote

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
• For AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), payment is due at the time of enrollment
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Warranty Terms

Service Warranty

• Basic Repair: 30-day warranty on service
• Standard Repair: 90-day warranty on service
• AMC Customers: 1-year warranty on all repairs

Spare Parts Warranty

• Genuine spare parts come with manufacturer warranty
• Warranty period varies by part type (typically 3-12 months)
• Warranty card/receipt will be provided for all spare parts

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Damage from power surges or voltage fluctuations
• Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Issues unrelated to the original repair

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and its issues
• Ensure safe access to the appliance for our technicians
• Be present (or have an authorized adult present) during the service visit
• Provide necessary utilities (electricity, water) for testing
• Inform us of any known hazards or safety concerns
• Make timely payment for services rendered

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss from appliances with storage capabilities
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of booking
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 24x7 Home Appliance Repair and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
