Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Scenarios
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Rendered: If our technician fails to arrive at the scheduled appointment without prior notice
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service
- Incorrect Charges: If you were charged for services not provided
- Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
Partial Refund Scenarios
Partial refunds may be issued in these situations:
- Service Quality Issues: If the repair does not meet expected standards (assessed case by case)
- Incomplete Service: If only part of the agreed service was completed
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before appointment (inspection fee may apply)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in these cases:
- Services successfully completed as per the agreed scope
- Inspection/diagnosis fee when you decline the repair after diagnosis
- Issues arising from customer misuse or negligence after repair
- Damage caused by power surges or external factors after service
- Requests made after 7 days from service completion
- Spare parts that have been installed and used

Warranty-Related Refunds
Within Warranty Period
If the same issue recurs within the warranty period:
- We will first attempt to repair the appliance at no additional cost
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued
- Refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the issue
Spare Parts Warranty
- Defective spare parts will be replaced free of charge within warranty period
- If replacement is not possible, a refund for the part cost will be issued
- Labor charges for replacement are covered under warranty
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Within 7 days: Full refund minus any services already availed
- Within 30 days: 75% refund minus services availed
- Within 90 days: 50% refund minus services availed
- After 90 days: No refund, but remaining services can be transferred
Note: AMC refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. The value of services already provided will be deducted from the refund amount.
